Pikmin Bloom is the new game of the Pikmin license in AR. Using the augmented reality technology used by Niantic in Pokémon GO, the title is more of a walking companion app than a true mobile game. The sleek and cute codes of Myamoto's Pikmin and Nintendo's interfaces provide a user experience.
You can collect seedlings, grow them by accumulating your steps using the GPS, get different coloured Pikmin and feed them with nectar. Moreover, when you walk, you will also be able to leave trails of flowers behind you. The flowers of all players will be displayed in the world and you can see if another player from Pikmin Bloom has already walked your path!
