TFT Set 12 release date: get ready for July 2024

As 2023 draws to a close, the publisher and developer of Teamfight Tactics has shared its roadmap for the year ahead. While we were treated to the Revival Set of 3.5 Galaxies: Return to the Stars in January, and the release of Set 11 in recent days, we'll have to wait until next July for the TFT Set 12 release date. No specific date has been announced yet.

Unlike Set 11, which is based on myths and legends, Set 12 will focus on magic and bees, as Riot explained in its roadmap. In 2022, the League of Legends publisher launched bee skins for Orianna, Ziggs, Heimerdinger and Nunu & Willump. Will these champions be in the spotlight for the TFT Set 12 release date? We'll have to wait a few more months to be sure.

As with previous sets, the release of TFT Set 12 will not be subject to any updates: for the duration of the set, elements such as the theme or units will not be rebalanced.

Another event to tide you over until the TFT Set 12 release date

There's a big event coming up this summer, and not the least of which is TFT's anniversary. This event will provide an opportunity to discover a new game mode and obtain new skins, although the full content has not yet been revealed by the publisher. Set 13 will be released at the end of 2024, but no further details have been given.

So look out for the TFT Set 12 release date in July, although Riot will no doubt be revealing a few more details between now and then to whet your appetite!
